I have earned a certificate but I want to get a copy for myself
Click on your certificate on the dashboard view and down load it, you can showcase it on you LinkedIn profile or sure it to show your manager that you have completed training
Where do I go to register for a live instructor led training?
Click on Events and select from the events provided, you will receive a link to a zoom meeting where our live events are hosted, however, you do not need to attend a live class to complete your training, simply take the courses you have been assigned and if you are looking for more learning, reach out to the trainer via the platform
Once I have completed my assigned courses, is there more materials I can learn from?
Yes, click on the media section on the right hand side of your view and you can watch much more useful content
